# HUỶ HOÁ ĐƠN
## Ý nghĩa chức năng
Chức năng dùng để huỷ hoá đơn đã phát hành theo quy định tại nghị định 123/2020/NĐ-CP
Xử lý hoá đơn điện tử sai sót
## Hướng dẫn sử dụng
**B1**: Đăng nhập chức năng
**B2**: Tìm kiếm hoá đơn đã phát hành
~~**B3**: Huỷ hoá đơn được lập~~ (Sau ngày 01/06/2025 sẽ không được huỷ hoá đơn theo NĐ70/2025 chỉ còn làm thay thế hoặc điều chỉnh hoá đơn)

#### *Lưu ý*
* Nếu huỷ hoá đơn, thì chứng từ bán hàng của kế toán cũng sẽ bị huỷ theo ( không ghi nhận doanh thu, giá vốn, thuế, các nội dung khác (nếu có))
* Huỷ hoá đơn thường áp dụng trong trường hợp:
* Phát hiện sai sót, chưa gửi cho người mua
* tại khoản 1 Điều 7 Thông tư 78/2021/TT-BTC: Huỷ khi phát sinh việc huỷ hoặc chấm dứt giao dịch cung cấp dịch vụ
* Với trường hợp huỷ hoá đơn, Người dùng ***phải lập 04SS*** để gửi CQT. Sau khi thực hiện huỷ dưới phần mềm Dtech thì ***vui lòng lên web hoá đơn để lập 04SS gửi CQT***
* Người dùng phải kiểm tra trạng thái 04SS được CQT chấp nhận, tránh trường hợp CQT không chấp nhận thì hoá đơn vẫn được hiểu là chưa huỷ trên hệ thống thuế
