Nghiệp vụ dùng để ghi nhận số dư công nợ của các tài khoản công nợ:

* Phải thu khách hàng 131
* Phải trả khách hàng 331
* Phải thu khác 138
* Phải trả khác 338
* Tạm ứng 141
* Và các tài khoản công nợ khác: 341, 244, 344, 411...
