## Ý nghĩa chức năng

* Nghiệp vụ dùng để ghi tăng tài sản cố định từ việc mua sắm mới
* Các chi phí ghi nhận vào nguyên giá tài sản trong quá trình đưa tài sản vào hoạt động cũng có thể đưa vào nghiệp vụ

* *Mục đích sử dụng*: Chọn mục đích ghi tăng tài sản phù hợp. Phục vụ thông tin lập thuyết minh tài chính cuối năm

* Nếu tài sản đã có bút toán ghi Nợ 211 thì phần mềm sẽ cảnh báo để tránh trường hợp ghi tăng tài sản nhiều lần
* Nếu tài sản có giá trị dưới 30triệu thì phần mềm sẽ cảnh báo...
* Với ô tô trên 1tỷ6 thì người dùng cần cấu hình
  * Quản lý chi phí loại trừ: Menu trên/ hệ thống/ cấu hình/ tab 6/ Tích chọn "***Hiển thị \[Chi phí loại trừ]***"
  * Khai báo tài sản khấu hao nguyên giá theo luật thuế: Danh mục tài sản/ Tìm tới dòng tài sản/ tại cột "***Nguyên giá tính khấu hao theo luật thuế***" để khai báo 1tỷ6
