# XUẤT MẪU IN RA EXCEL, WORD, PDF

## Ý nghĩa chức năng

Chức năng dùng để xuất mẫu in hoặc mẫu báo cáo dạng in ấn thành dạng excel, word, pdf...

## Quy trình chung

* Người dùng xem mẫu in ở chế độ xem trước khi in
* Bấm chức năng kết xuất sang dạng excel, word, pdf... theo ý muốn

## Hướng dẫn thao tác

### 1. Xuất mẫu xem in ở giao diện nhập liệu

### 2. Xuất mẫu xem in báo cáo ở giao diện báo cáo

* Trong đó một số định dạng phổ biến:

**(4) XLS hoặc XLSX File:** Định dạng tệp Microsoft Excel

**(5) DOCX File:** Định dạng tệp Microsoft Word

**(6) PDF File:** Định dạng tệp Portable Document File

* Lựa chọn được định dạng sẽ hiện ra màn hình lựa chọn thêm của việc kết xuất ra, ví dụ như tệp định dạng XLSX File

Tuỳ chọn thêm của tệp định dạng XLSX File

**(1) Export Mode:** Lựa chọn kiểu kết xuất ra

\+ Single file: Tạo ra một tệp duy nhất

\+ Single file page-by-page: Tạo ra một tệp nhưng theo từng trang

\+ Different files: Tạo ra nhiều tệp khác nhau

**(2) Sheet name:** Đặt tên cho sheet excel kết xuất ra

**(3) Text export mode:** Lựa chọn giá trị kiểu ký tự kết xuất ra

\+ Value: kết xuất ra giá trị có thể sử dụng được hàm tính toán trong Excel

\+ Text: kết xuất ra giá trị kiểu ký tự không sử dụng được hàm tính toán trong Excel

**(4) OK :** Đồng ý để xuất ra tệp

* Khi chọn OK xong thì lựa chọn đường dẫn thư mục lưu tệp hiện tại theo tên mình cần ghi nhớ. Một cửa sổ cảnh báo sẽ hỏi bạn có muốn mở tệp vừa lưu lên kiểm tra không, nhấn YES là xong.
